Refund / Cancelation Policy

 

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase you have made from our website, please let us know within 30 days of purchase; we'll replace the item or refund the purchase price. Send an email to info@martinicoffee.com and include: Your name, date of purchase, Item(s) you are unsatisfied with, the reason for your dissatisfaction and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.


Exchanges (if applicable)
In regards to manufacturers defects, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@martinicoffee.com and send your item to: 1346 Valayna Dr. Aurora IL United States 60504.

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USP, USPS, FedEx. To return your product, you should mail your product to:1346 Valayna Dr., Aurora IL United States 60504. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
